Further professional education and qualification

With our offers we encourage the further qualification of employees to specialist level and develop perspectives for unskilled, semi-skilled and older employees. For people in rehabilitation we offer retraining for full and part-time jobs in all professions and sectors.

A practical example: the qualification of older employees with IHK certification

Through the promotional program WeGebAU of the Federal Agency for Labour we offer semi-skilled, unskilled and older employees professionally-qualified further education with an IHK certificate.

IHK certified mechanical operator, textile engineering

The training is orientated to existing training plans, has a lesson share of approx. 70% theoretical and 30% practical and ends after 9 months with an IHK exam.
