Schools and the economy

With specific early offers in occupational orientation we are involved in ensuring a better professional start for young people. The regional board of the Federal Agency for Labour in Baden-Württemberg and the employer association Südwestmetall have contracted us with the implementation of joint projects to deepen occupational orientation. The core focus is on the career choice compass developed by us.

A practical example: the career choice compass

The career choice compass provides pupils in the final and penultimate years at general secondary schools with orientation and makes it easier for them to choose a career.

• Decision about the choice of career

1,882 pupils obtained a certificate in 2008/2009.
