Training association

Together with the Agency for Labour and companies, we open doors to training and employment for disadvantaged young people. We offer independent support during training to young people and companies.

A practical example: professional training at off-site facilities (BaE)

BaE gives disadvantaged young people and young adults the opportunity of professional training in a dual system. The training is run in close cooperation with the companies, chambers and vocational schools.

• Education management in the first year of education
• Individual support with questions and problems in education
• Specialist-theoretical support lessons which are orientated to needs
• Exam preparation
• Seminars to expand the skill profiles of the trainees

614 trainees are currently in a professional training relationship.
